Joost Laméris
Dutch singer-songwriter Joost Laméris was introduced to music at a young age by learning how to play the violin, piano and guitar. Simultaneously, he got into singing and songwriting to turn his thoughts into art. Joost Laméris is giving listeners a look into his mind through his mellow melodic contemporary indie/chillpop music. The 1980s inspired productions accentuate the emotions behind his lyrics. His musical storytelling touches topics such as love, mental health, search for happiness and self-discovery. The first release, 'Remember', of his debut EP was recently released. The rest of the EP will be released in the coming months and vary from emotional ballads to feel-good atmospheric chillpop songs. A couple of the songs will be released with a music video, with which Joost will express his interest in art and high fashion.
